Order process
In order to purchase from K-Agriculture, customers can follow the steps listed below. We always ensure that you can follow your order closely from the start until the end.

Step 1: Ordering
For the orders of raw products, K-Agriculture will prepare goods based on your requirements regarding quality, quantity, product samples, etc. and provide you with the origin, production unit, and technical parameters of the products. When ordering in bulk, we only accept orders that each item must be at least one ton.

Step 2: Confirming the order
After the final order is confirmed and payment is done, K-Agriculture will prepare and ship your order to you. During the preparation and shipment process, we will update your order status daily, video call available, for you to follow.
How we prepare our goods
K-Agriculture is an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), which means that we are fully responsible for providing products tailored to customers’ demands (product composition, specifications, packaging design, packaging, shipping). Your order can only be checked the final time and delivered when your requirements are met and you accept the delivery.

Under-2000-USD orders
- Wire transfer form
A bank account is needed if you want to use this payment method. The money transferor’s information is as follow:

- It is recommended that you contact your bank or call to confirm with K – Agriculture: +84 855555229
- The bank transfer process takes from 2 to 3 days and 3 to 4 hours to convert from foreign currency to VND.
- The transfer fee is quite expensive (from $30-$50) with many agreements to follow.
- Money transfer via Western Union and Moneygram
When using these international money transfer services, buyers need to declare the personal information of the sender and the legal purpose as well as the reason for the money transfer and pay the remittance fee.
- Paypal
Advantage: payment can be supported quickly and conveniently.
A bank account, credit or debit card can be added to pay for K – Agriculture.
- Money transfer through 3rd party
Partner or acquaintance representing you in Vietnam will be able to pay with identification and general regulations.
Over-2000-USD orders
- Commercial representative
Money transfer through a third legal-commercial representative is recommended as K-Agriculture and our customers will communicate through a 3rd party (regulated by Vietnamese law under Clause 11 Article 3 of Commercial Law 2005).
Advantage: Limiting risks, benefiting both parties when agreeing on the price and increasing the security of the products.
- Letter of credit (L/C)
It is required to make a written conditional payment commitment from a financial institution to the beneficiary of the L/C.
K – Agriculture will be responsible for providing the following:
- The set of documents as prescribed by the L/C.
- Our obligation to deliver goods or services, prepare documents, present the set of documents to the issuing bank or nominated bank within the time specified in the credit, for payment.
- The mandatory contents related to the contract of the two parties: product information, draft, commercial invoice, bill of lading, insurance documents, certificate of origin, product name, quantity, weight, packaging…
Note: K-Agriculture mainly works with Vietcombank and pays L/C under the top 30 banks in the world.
